• The customer type you identify with (wholesale dealer, shop owner, corporate, personal, or service centre)

2.2 Information we collect automatically

• Your IP address and browser/device type (used for spam protection and analytics only)
• Pages you visit and how you interact with the brochure (anonymous, aggregated)
• Google reCAPTCHA score data (Google handles this — see Google's privacy policy)

• To respond to your quote request with pricing, availability, and delivery options
• To process orders and arrange shipping or pickup
• To provide after-sales support, warranty, and AMC services

4. How we store and protect your data

• Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• Quote requests are emailed to info@kuiqdeals.com and stored in our normal email system.
• Files you upload are stored in a quarantined folder with restricted access. They are reviewed by our sales team and retained only as long as needed to fulfill your inquiry.
• The website uses anti-spam measures including reCAPTCHA, rate limiting, honeypot traps, and timing checks.
• Server-side input is sanitised to prevent XSS, SQL injection, and file-upload attacks (extension and MIME-type validation).

5. Who we share your data with

Your data is only shared with:

• Our internal sales and service team at KUIQ DEALS Pakistan and UAE
• Couriers (TCS, Leopards, DHL) when fulfilling shipped orders — they receive only your name, address, and phone number
• Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection (no personal data is sent — only a token)
• If required by law, to comply with a valid legal request from Pakistani or UAE authorities

6. Cookies & analytics

The website uses minimal cookies for functionality (your form session, dark-mode preferences). If we add Google Analytics or similar tools later, this policy will be updated.

• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data and uploaded files (we'll do this within 30 days unless retention is legally required)

We keep quote requests and supporting files for as long as the customer relationship is active, plus 7 years for tax / accounting / warranty purposes (consistent with Pakistani Income Tax Ordinance and UAE corporate-tax retention rules). Then they are deleted or anonymised.

9. International transfers

KUIQ DEALS operates in Pakistan and the UAE. By submitting a quote request, you consent to your data being processed in either or both jurisdictions.

10. Children

Our services target businesses and adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business evolves. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
